Prices are stated in U.S. dollars and may change at any time before purchase. Payment is due in full at checkout unless a payment plan is expressly offered, in which case you authorize us to charge each installment on schedule and remain responsible for the full purchase price.
All sales are final. Because of the digital nature of our products, which are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges on digital products or programs. By purchasing, you expressly waive any right to a refund and acknowledge that immediate access to digital content waives any statutory cooling-off period to the extent permitted by law. For live events, tickets are non-refundable but may be transferable to another attendee with our prior written consent.

When you purchase a digital product, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the materials for your own individual use. We may revoke access for violation of these Terms without refund.
We make no guarantees, representations, or warranties about outcomes or results of any kind, including personal, professional, emotional, or financial results. Any examples, testimonials, or stories shared are individual experiences and are not promises of what you will achieve. Your results depend on factors entirely within your control and circumstances outside anyone's control, and you accept full responsibility for your decisions and actions.

If unresolved, the dispute will be settled by binding arbitration in Harris County, Texas, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and each party waives the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action, to the extent permitted by law. Either party may bring qualifying claims in small claims court instead.
