Last updated: September 14, 2026 · This website is owned and operated by Modern Mindology LLC.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of esperanzalebron.com and all content, programs, digital products, events, newsletters, and services offered through it (collectively, the "Site" and "Services"), operated by Modern Mindology LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("Modern Mindology," "we," "us," "our"). By accessing the Site or purchasing any Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase Services. By using the Site you represent that you are at least 18 and legally capable of entering a binding contract.
We offer educational and personal development content, including digital courses, guided audio and video experiences, workbooks, a paid membership and program offerings, live events, newsletters, and related materials. All Services are educational and informational in nature. See the Disclaimer below, which is incorporated into these Terms.
Prices are stated in U.S. dollars and may change at any time before purchase. Payment is due in full at checkout unless a payment plan is expressly offered, in which case you authorize us to charge each installment on schedule and remain responsible for the full purchase price.
All sales are final. Because of the digital nature of our products, which are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges on digital products or programs. By purchasing, you expressly waive any right to a refund and acknowledge that immediate access to digital content waives any statutory cooling-off period to the extent permitted by law. For live events, tickets are non-refundable but may be transferable to another attendee with our prior written consent.
Chargebacks. Because you agree to a no-refund policy before you purchase, filing a chargeback or payment dispute for a purchase you made and received access to is a breach of these Terms. If something is wrong with your purchase, email team@esperanzalebron.com first and we will work with you. If a chargeback is filed, we may suspend or terminate your access to all Services immediately and permanently, decline future purchases from you, and recover the disputed amount, processor fees, and reasonable costs of collection. We will provide your order records, access logs, and your acceptance of these Terms to the payment processor or card network.
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the purchase date, without giving a reason.
For digital products with immediate access (including courses, recordings, and digital experiences), you will be asked at checkout to consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that, by accessing the content right away, you waive your right of withdrawal, as permitted under EU law.
If you do not waive this right, you may withdraw within the 14-day window using the withdrawal option in your customer account or by emailing team@esperanzalebron.com. Refunds under this right are issued to your original payment method.
This section applies only where EU consumer law requires it and operates alongside, not in place of, the refund terms above.
All content on this Site and in our Services, including text, frameworks, methodologies, course materials, audio, video, workbooks, trademarks, trade names, brand names, logos, and program titles, is owned by Modern Mindology LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. When you purchase a digital product, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the materials for your own individual use. You may not copy, share, resell, redistribute, record, teach from, create derivative works of, or otherwise commercially exploit any materials without our prior written permission. We may revoke access for violation of these Terms without refund.
What this covers. Miracle Moments, testimonials, reviews, written or recorded feedback, photographs, comments, questions, and posts you make in our programs, community spaces, apps, or forms are all "Submissions."
Miracle Moments are public by design. The Miracle Moments wall and map at esperanzalebron.com/miracle-map is a public page. Anything you submit to it may be published there and may be read, saved, screenshotted, quoted, indexed by search engines, and shared by anyone, including people who are not our students or customers. Do not submit anything you would not want published and kept public indefinitely. If your Submission includes a location, that location may be shown on the public map.
Your license to us. By making a Submission you grant Modern Mindology LLC a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable, and sublicensable right and license to use, host, store, reproduce, publish, display, perform, adapt, edit for length and clarity, translate, excerpt, and distribute your Submission, together with any first name, initials, display name, or location you provide with it, in any medium now known or later developed. This includes the Site, the Miracle Moments wall, emails and newsletters, social media, presentations, books, printed materials, and advertising. No further notice, approval, or payment to you is required.
What you promise when you submit. You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, that the Submission describes your own experience in your own words, that you own or have the rights to everything in it, that it does not disclose another person's private, confidential, or health information or identify another person in a way they have not agreed to, and that it is not unlawful, defamatory, harassing, obscene, misleading, or infringing.
Not confidential, and not a route to help. Submissions are not confidential and are not protected by any doctor-patient, therapist-client, attorney-client, or similar privilege. Submissions are not monitored continuously and must not be used to report an emergency, a crisis, or a safety concern. If you are in crisis, contact emergency services or a crisis line immediately.
Our editorial control. We are not obligated to publish any Submission. We may decline, edit for length, clarity, spelling, or appropriateness, move, unpublish, or delete any Submission at any time, for any reason or no reason, and without notice to you. Publishing a Submission is not an endorsement of it and is not a statement that we have verified what it describes.
Removal. You may ask us to remove your published Submission by emailing team@esperanzalebron.com with enough detail to identify it. We will remove it from pages we control within a reasonable time. We cannot recall copies that others have already downloaded, cached, screenshotted, reposted, indexed, or printed, and we are not required to withdraw or destroy materials that have already been produced or distributed.
Individual experiences only. Miracle Moments and testimonials describe individual experiences. They are not typical results and are not a promise or prediction of what you will experience. See Section 11 and the Disclaimer below.
Some Services require a login code or an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for everything done under your account. Access is personal to you. You may not share, sell, transfer, or give another person access to a program you purchased, and you may not use one purchase to serve a group, a class, a team, or your own clients. We may suspend or terminate access we reasonably believe is being shared or resold, without refund.
Digital products are delivered by email and through our course platform, usually within minutes of purchase. You are responsible for giving us a working email address at checkout and for checking your spam, promotions, and filtered folders. If you have not received access within 24 hours of purchase, email team@esperanzalebron.com and we will deliver it. A delivery problem is not a basis for a refund, because we will correct delivery.
The access period for each Service is stated on its sales page at the time of purchase. Where a Service is described as lifetime access, that means for as long as we continue to offer that Service, and no less than 12 months from your purchase. We may improve, update, reorganize, or substitute program content, materials, schedules, formats, and bonuses at any time, so long as the substance of what you purchased remains available to you. If we permanently discontinue a Service during your access period, we will give reasonable notice and, where practical, provide the materials for download or a comparable replacement.
Group calls, live events, workshops, and Q&A sessions may be recorded. By joining, you consent to being recorded and to the recording being shared with other participants and used in the program and in our marketing. You may keep your camera off and use a display name other than your legal name. Recordings and community discussions are for participants only. You may not record, download, transcribe, republish, or share any session, recording, or other participant's contribution outside the program.
Private one-to-one sessions. Private sessions are not recorded by us, and you may not record, transcribe, or share a private session without our prior written consent. Private sessions are coaching and are not therapy, counseling, or medical care, and they are not protected by any doctor-patient, therapist-client, attorney-client, or similar privilege. See Section 12.
Scheduling, rescheduling, and expiration. Private sessions included with a program must be scheduled and used within twelve months of your purchase date. Unused sessions expire at the end of that twelve-month period and are not refundable, transferable, or extendable. To reschedule, give us at least 24 hours notice before the session start time. If you do not attend, or you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, that session is forfeited and counts as used.
We make no guarantees, representations, or warranties about outcomes or results of any kind, including personal, professional, emotional, or financial results. Any examples, testimonials, or stories shared are individual experiences and are not promises of what you will achieve. Your results depend on factors entirely within your control and circumstances outside anyone's control, and you accept full responsibility for your decisions and actions.
The Services are coaching and education. They are not therapy, counseling, psychotherapy, medical care, or a substitute for care from a licensed mental health or medical professional, and they are not legal, financial, or tax advice. Always seek the advice of qualified professionals for those needs. If you are in crisis, contact emergency services or a crisis line immediately.
You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, attempt to access accounts or systems without authorization, scrape or harvest content or data, upload malicious code, or use the Site for any unlawful purpose. In community spaces or live events, you agree to treat other participants with respect and to keep other participants' personal information confidential.
If you violate this section, we may remove your posts, remove you from community spaces or live sessions, and suspend or terminate your access to the Site and any Service, in whole or in part, without refund.
The Site uses third-party providers, including payment processors and email platforms, and may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms.
Our programs consist of our own intellectual property, including original commentary, instruction, and method. Where a program quotes from, teaches from, or refers to a published work created by someone else, that work remains the property of its owner, and our program is independent of, and not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or certified by the publisher, author, estate, foundation, or organization associated with it, unless we state otherwise in writing. Names and marks of third parties are used only to identify those works and teachings. You are responsible for obtaining your own copy of any third-party book or material referenced in a program.

Some links on the Site and in our emails are affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission if you purchase through them, at no additional cost to you. We only recommend what we use or believe in, and our opinions are our own.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Modern Mindology LLC, its members, officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising out of or relating to the Site or Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service giving rise to the claim in the six months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Modern Mindology LLC and its members, officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site or Services or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, the dispute will be settled by binding arbitration in Harris County, Texas, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and each party waives the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action, to the extent permitted by law. Either party may bring qualifying claims in small claims court instead.
Parts of this Site publish content submitted by our students and other users, including Miracle Moments. We respect the intellectual property of others and expect our users to do the same. If you believe material on this Site infringes your copyright, you may send a notice of claimed infringement to our designated agent.
Designated agent for notice of claimed infringement:
Esperanza Lebron

To be effective, your notice must include a physical or electronic signature, identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed, identification of the material you claim is infringing and enough information for us to locate it, such as the page address, your contact information, a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law, and a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
We will investigate and remove or disable access to infringing material where appropriate, and we may terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe. If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter notice to the same agent.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect and the unenforceable provision will be limited to the minimum extent necessary. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them in connection with a sale or reorganization of our business. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site and Services, and they supersede any prior terms, including terms previously posted at any other website we operate. Sections covering intellectual property, Submissions, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination. We are not responsible for any delay or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disaster, illness, war, labor disruption, or failure of a third-party platform or utility, and in such an event we may reschedule or substitute performance. By purchasing, or by checking a box indicating your agreement, you provide your electronic signature, which has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature under the federal E-SIGN Act and the Texas Uniform Electronic Transactions Act.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.

This Privacy Policy explains how Modern Mindology LLC collects, uses, and protects personal information when you use esperanzalebron.com. By using the Site, you consent to this Policy.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Some parts of our Services invite you to publish something yourself. When you submit a Miracle Moment, the words you write and any name, initials, or approximate location you include are published on a public page at esperanzalebron.com/miracle-map, where they are visible to anyone on the internet and to search engines. This is the purpose of the feature, and it is different from the information you give us privately, which we do not publish. Do not include anything in a Miracle Moment that you want kept private, and do not include information about another person.
You can ask us to remove a published Miracle Moment at any time by emailing team@esperanzalebron.com. We will remove it from pages we control. We cannot control copies that others have already saved, shared, or indexed.
We share information only with service providers who help us operate, such as our email platform, website host, form processor, payment processors, and AI-assisted business tools, and only as needed to provide the Services, or when required by law. We do not run advertising trackers.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. This includes rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, the California Consumer Privacy Act, and, for visitors in the European Economic Area or UK, the GDPR. To exercise any right, email us at team@esperanzalebron.com and we will respond within the time required by applicable law. We will never discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law, and we use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Site and Services are intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a Service or to submit information to us, and the Site is not directed to anyone under 18.
