Private 1:1 With Esperanza

There are things you cannot see clearly while you’re inside them.

You’re intelligent, self-aware, accomplished, and probably very good at solving problems.

You’ve built evidence that you can handle complexity, make difficult decisions, and figure things out.

That’s exactly why this work is different.

You’re not coming here because you need someone to motivate you or hand you another strategy. You’re coming because there are moments when intelligence, experience, and self-awareness still aren’t enough to show you the pattern operating underneath your own thinking.

I Make the Subconscious Conscious.

For six months, you get my eyes on your life. Not to tell you who to be or what to do, but to help you see what you cannot always see while you’re the one living inside it.

Inquire About Private Work

When you inquire, I’ll also send you private access to The Science of Change, a Mindology masterclass, so you can experience how I think and work while I personally review your inquiry.

Much of my work has been forged in rooms with CEOs, executives, founders, and leaders carrying enormous responsibility.

Across my career, I’ve worked in military leadership, management consulting, enterprise strategy, strategic operations, organizational effectiveness, executive development, and high-level advisory. I’ve worked directly with CEOs and senior leaders through complex decisions, planning, organizational change, technology transformation, leadership challenges, and execution.

Mindology grew alongside that work. The deeper I went into strategy, leadership, and organizational life, the clearer one thing became:

There Is No Line Between the Person and the Professional.

You take yourself everywhere you go.

Your identity enters the boardroom with you. Your beliefs come home with you. The patterns shaping your closest relationships don’t disappear when you open your laptop, and the habits that shape your leadership don’t magically stay at the office.

The same person making the business decision goes home at night. The same mind navigating the relationship walks into the meeting the next morning.

That’s why, in private work, I work with the whole person.

You can bring me the leadership decision and the marriage. The ambition and the fear underneath it. The business opportunity and the part of you that keeps hesitating. The money. The grief. The relationship. The identity. The next chapter.

We don’t have to draw an artificial line through your life in order to work on it.

You can be incredibly self-aware and still be too close to your own mind to see what it’s doing.

You can understand where a pattern came from and still repeat it. You can know exactly what you “should” do and still find yourself unable to do it. You can have years of coaching, therapy, personal development, leadership experience, spiritual study, and extraordinary success behind you and still reach a place where something isn’t resolving.

Intelligence doesn’t place us outside our own patterns. Sometimes it simply makes us exceptionally good at explaining them.

You can build an airtight case for why now isn’t the right time, why the other person is the problem, why you need more information, why the thing you secretly want doesn’t make sense, or why the way you’ve always done something is simply “who you are.”

And because the explanation is intelligent, the belief underneath it can remain invisible.

That’s the level I listen for.

I Can Hear the Belief Beneath the Decision.
I Can See the Identity Protecting the Pattern.
I Notice the Emotional Residue Shaping the Present Response.

I notice the contradiction between what you say you want and what some deeper part of you has been organized to preserve. I can hear when fear has put on the clothes of logic. I can recognize when an old experience is still being used as evidence for a decision you’re making today.

Once we can see what’s actually directing you, we can work with it.

There’s a private life underneath a successful life.

Some things can be discussed with your friends, your spouse, your team, your mentor, or the people who know you best.

And then there are the things you edit before they ever leave your mouth.

The decision you’re embarrassed to still be struggling with. The resentment you don’t think you’re supposed to feel. The relationship dynamic you can’t quite explain. The part of your success that no longer feels like success. The thing you want that doesn’t fit the version of you everyone else knows. The thought you’re afraid might change something if you finally say it out loud.

Sometimes the people closest to you can’t be the room for that conversation because they’re inside the life you’re trying to understand.

This is a room where nothing has to be polished.

You don’t need to make your thoughts sound rational before you bring them to me. You don’t have to protect my perception of you. You don’t need to know what the problem is before we begin.

Bring the decision, the relationship, the ambition, the fear, the money, the leadership challenge, the grief, the next chapter, or simply the feeling that something is happening underneath the surface that you can’t yet name.

We’ll find what’s underneath it.

The Most Intimate Relationship You’ll Ever Have Is the Relationship You Have With Your Own Mind.

Everywhere you go, you experience your life through your own mind.

It’s interpreting what happens, assigning meaning, deciding what feels safe, creating expectations about what happens next, and filtering what you can recognize as possible. It’s influencing how you lead, love, decide, respond, receive, create, and what you believe you’re allowed to want.

And it’s doing much of that from beliefs and identities you may never have consciously chosen.

Imagine what becomes possible when you can finally see them.

The goal isn’t endless self-analysis. The goal is freedom.

Freedom to make the decision without spending weeks arguing with yourself.

Freedom to want what you want without constructing a case for why you’re allowed to want it.

Freedom to lead without pressure becoming your primary source of performance.

Freedom to receive support without interpreting it as weakness.

Freedom to stop making every result mean something about your worth.

Freedom to let an old version of you be complete.

And perhaps most importantly, freedom to actually experience the life you’ve worked so hard to create.

You Don’t Simply Understand Yourself Better.
You Become Capable of Directing Yourself Differently.

That changes what becomes possible everywhere else.

This is the work I’ve been preparing to do for my entire life.

I know what it takes to create belief before there’s evidence. I also know what happens when your external life changes faster than your internal identity.

My own life took me from teen motherhood, poverty, and dropping out of high school to becoming a U.S. Army Officer and building a life my younger self couldn’t have imagined.

Later, achievement taught me another lesson: external success doesn’t automatically transform everything that created the person achieving it.

I’ve spent years studying identity, belief, human behavior, leadership, strategy, spiritual intelligence, and the subconscious patterns shaping what people create and experience. I’m also completing my Doctor of Business Administration in Strategy & Innovation, expected November 2026, with research focused on the internal cognitive processes of senior leaders, psychological safety, and innovation in AI-intensive organizations.

That body of work is Mindology.

And my particular gift within it is simple:

I Make the Subconscious Conscious.

Private work with me isn’t confined to one category of your life.

The majority of my private work has historically been with CEOs, founders, senior executives, and leaders carrying significant responsibility. That experience means I understand business, leadership, ambition, strategy, high-stakes decision-making, and what it’s like to be the person others look to for answers.

But I’m not interested in separating the leader from the human being.

If you bring me a leadership decision, we may discover that the real issue is identity. If you bring me a relationship pattern, we may notice that the exact same pattern is showing up in the way you lead. If you bring me a business opportunity, we may find that the hesitation has very little to do with strategy.

Sometimes you need someone who understands business well enough not to reduce every business problem to an emotion, and understands the mind deeply enough not to reduce every human problem to a strategy.

That combination is a significant part of what makes this work different.

The Private Partnership

This is a six-month private relationship designed to give us enough time to work with your actual life as it unfolds.

We meet twice each month for private 1:1 sessions, with direct support between sessions for the moments when the pattern, question, reaction, or decision is happening in real time.

You can bring your work, leadership, relationships, identity, money, creativity, spirituality, decisions, and the questions that don’t fit neatly into a category.

We’re working with the person living all of it.

The Container

Six Months Together

Enough time to recognize patterns as they actually appear, work with them in context, and create meaningful evidence of a different way of thinking and living.

The Sessions

Twelve Private Sessions

Two deep private sessions each month with my full attention on you, your mind, and what’s happening in your life.

Between Sessions

Direct Support Between Sessions

Because the most important insight rarely schedules itself neatly for our next call. You’ll have a way to bring the thought, decision, pattern, or moment forward while it’s happening.

The Relationship

A True Thought Partnership

You have someone who can remember the pattern from three months ago when it appears wearing a completely different outfit today, hold the larger picture when you’re consumed by the moment in front of you, and challenge your thinking without taking authority over your life.

I intentionally work with very few private clients at one time because the depth of my attention is part of the work.

Inquire About Private 1:1 Work

You’re not investing in twelve conversations on a calendar.

You’re investing in having someone beside you who can catch what you can’t see while you’re inside it.

Someone who understands the difference between the story and the pattern underneath the story. Someone who can hold the larger picture when you’re consumed by the decision directly in front of you. Someone who won’t be intimidated by your intelligence, success, ambition, emotion, spirituality, contradictions, or the size of what you want.

Someone who can challenge your thinking without becoming another voice you outsource your authority to.

The goal isn’t dependence on me.

The Goal Is a Deeper Authority Within You.
Before You InquireA few things you may want to know.
Do I need to be a CEO or executive?

No, although the majority of my private work has historically been with CEOs, founders, senior executives, and leaders operating at a high level.

Those years shaped the way I work. I understand responsibility, ambition, business complexity, leadership, high-stakes decision-making, and what it’s like to be the person everyone else expects to have the answer.

But your title isn’t what qualifies you for this work.

This work tends to attract highly capable, thoughtful, ambitious, self-aware people who have already done a great deal of work on themselves and are ready for a level of conversation that goes beneath what they can easily see alone.

You may lead a company. You may be building something of your own. You may be navigating a significant transition. You may simply have reached a place where the next chapter requires a deeper relationship with yourself.

The common denominator isn’t the title.

It’s the depth at which you’re ready to work.

Can I bring business and leadership decisions into our sessions?

Absolutely.

I’ve spent years helping leaders think through business, leadership, strategy, people, and high-stakes decisions. That expertise doesn’t disappear when we enter private work.

The difference is that I’m not being retained as an organizational consultant.

My client is you.

We can examine the strategy, decision, negotiation, conflict, opportunity, or leadership challenge in front of you. And we can also look underneath it at how your identity, beliefs, patterns, emotional state, assumptions, and previous experiences are influencing what you see.

There’s no clean line between the professional and personal self.

You take yourself everywhere you go.

That’s exactly why this work can have such a wide-reaching effect.

Is this therapy?

No. This is private coaching, Mindology, and thought partnership.

We may work deeply with identity, beliefs, emotional residue, relationships, and experiences from your past because those things can influence the life you’re creating now. This work isn’t psychotherapy or mental health treatment.

What happens between sessions?

You’ll have direct private support for the moments when something is unfolding in real time and waiting until our next conversation would mean losing the opportunity to see the pattern while it’s alive.

What’s the investment?

Private work is a significant five-figure investment.

I personally review every inquiry first. If I believe there may be a strong fit, I’ll send you the current investment and full partnership details so you can consider them before we decide whether to have a private conversation.

What happens after I inquire?

You’ll immediately receive private access to The Science of Change, a Mindology masterclass that will give you a deeper experience of how I think, teach, and understand change.

While you watch, I’ll personally review what you’ve shared with me.

If I believe I may be the right person to help, you’ll hear from me with the private partnership details and the next step.

How many people do you work with privately?

Very few.

I keep this work intentionally limited because I want to know my private clients deeply enough to recognize their language, patterns, contradictions, shifts, and growth over time.

You don’t need to know exactly what needs to change before you reach out.

You don’t need to arrive with a perfectly articulated problem.

Tell me what’s been taking up space in your mind.

Tell me what you want to be different.

Tell me what you suspect you haven’t been able to see alone.

If I believe I can help, we’ll have a private conversation and decide whether working together is the right next step.

Work Privately With Esperanza.

Selective six-month private partnerships.

I may personally reach out by phone if I believe there may be a fit.

You don’t need to have the perfect words. Tell me what’s been taking up the most space in your mind, what you want to be different, or what you suspect you haven’t been able to see clearly on your own.

Maybe you’re considering leaving something you’ve built and can’t tell whether you’re afraid or genuinely complete with it. Maybe everything is going well on paper, but you don’t enjoy it the way you expected to. Or maybe you’ve started recognizing a pattern that keeps showing up in different areas of your life and you’re ready to understand why.

After you inquire, I’ll give you private access to The Science of Change while I personally review what you’ve shared.
