I've been thinking about what I am called to share with you this week and honestly, I feel like I have moved so far since the last week I sat here to write to you. I had to actually make sure it has only been a week and that I didn't skip a Brain Waves writing session-- that's how much I feel I've grown.
It's such a reminder that when we move from learning to KNOWING and BEING that there is no time space in between that is needed to wait from. I've been experiencing so much joy and it has a lot to do with A Course in Miracles (ACIM). I had such a cool experience ever since I received the thought knowing that I have always been a teacher and I am now called to teach ACIM. On 6/25/2026 I sent over a request to The Foundation of Inner Peace and told them about my idea and after some back and forth of clarifying, I received my approval to do so.
The entire thing has been such a joyous experience already. No resistance anywhere and that is really such a way of knowing you are in alignment. A few days ago I received a call from the VP of The Foundation, who told me the Holy Spirit told her to call me… and so she did. We laughed and talked for a while on the phone and then exchanged texts of our favorite Angels, Jesus and Mother Mary figures that we have. It was such a beautiful confirmation that I am on the right track.
So that is what I want to share with you today! I will be teaching A Course in Miracles and I hope that you join me. I am also going to share my own writing with you in this program. I have journals filled with beautiful wisdom that I usually only share with my sisters and two close friends. The writings have changed ME profoundly… and I'm going to trust that the way that I teach ACIM will be the best way for all the people out there who will have me as their teacher, need to hear it.
For example, how perfect that today America celebrates it's declaration of Independence. One of my favorite holidays because of my love for this country and Joe and I are both veterans who love America. This morning I was reminded that “I am not a victim to the world I see.” The effectiveness of this message is so deeply experienced as “it is a declaration that you will not yield to it [any part that you do not want to experience] and put yourself in bondage.”
There's so many ways I will translate that passage that will help so many of us understand that freedom already exists within. Your thoughts and mind create the highest expression of freedom. It's not something that we wait for, not more money, not another home, not another president, not another year of hoping, it's now in our mind. The way I understood that today brought me to tears this morning as I no longer seek to learn this, but I now KNOW and understand it therefore there's no other way I could experience life again (read that again…).

I believe in you and your ultimate freedom to experience whatever you want in this world. Happy day of inner Freedom where ever you are.

ps. that's my son, Joseph in the photo. We took that week as he was so happy to wake up in the “7s” (it was 7:44 am) and his goal was to wake up and enjoy more of the summer days! And he did it, he met his goal so we snapped that photo to share with you. Such a reminder no matter how big or small the goal is, we all have the ability to get to the finish line of them when we BELIEVE we can.
