Years of these moments, capturing what I didn't yet know I was capturing.
Years of these moments, capturing what I didn't yet know I was capturing.

Sometimes one conversation is all it takes. I remember having one conversation with Dr. Isela Garcia and it changed my whole spiritual life. For years I was tangled up in old religious beliefs that convinced me spiritual growth outside a certain box was dangerous, even wrong. That fear sat underneath me the whole time and it shaped what I let myself explore, read, and who I let myself become.

Then I sat with Dr. Garcia, and something in the way she spoke about it just clicked. I felt it in my body, like a knot loosening in my chest. After that one conversation I never had those old fearful thoughts again.

I've been reflecting on how it is that we actually untangle from beliefs that are preventing us from accessing what is ultimately true about who we are, and with every part of me I know that “one conversation can change your life.”

The right words at the right time have moved me through beliefs I thought were permanent. Some of the biggest turns I've ever made came from a single conversation where someone helped me see a thought I'd been living inside without ever questioning it. Those conversations ended fears I assumed I'd carry forever.

And it's the thing I do for other people.

I've sat across from someone who was certain they couldn't do the thing. Pursue the degree, start the business, leave the situation, become who they secretly wanted to be. In one conversation, we untangle the belief holding them back. I ask where it actually came from. I help them see it for what it is, (usually an old inherited thought that was never even theirs) and I watch something in them shift.

Those moments are the work of my life.

Of course there are things that take more than one conversation, but the time is not something that is required because it's actually YOU that is in control of the gap separating what is and what will be… always.

Untangling one belief opened my whole spiritual life. Now I want to walk that road with you. I'm honored to tell you that,

A Course in Miracles with a Mindologist

begins soon and it's the most personal work I've ever created.

One lesson a day, for a full year, we walk through A Course in Miracles together. Every morning you get the lesson, my Mindologist translation of it, and what actually came up for me as I worked through it myself.

Excerpts from my personal journals. Videos from my own spiritual experiences. Behind the scenes moments from around the world with some of the greatest teachers I've had the privilege of learning from. I've been collecting these for years, holding onto them, always knowing there'd be a right moment, but not being clear of what it would be until now... this is that moment.

The questions, the resistance, the openings. I've spent my life studying how the mind works, how identity forms, how belief runs underneath everything. I translate each lesson into language your real life recognizes, your marriage, your work, your mirror. Once a month, starting in month two, we gather live. I teach, and you can ask me anything.

Doors aren't open yet, but I want you to be the first to know when they are. If you feel even a quiet pull toward this, that pull is enough.

It's all possible.

If you believe it is.

I do.

FOR THE LEADERS IN THE ROOM

The most expensive beliefs inside an organization are the ones nobody questions out loud. Everyone just assumes they're how things are. A team won't try a bold idea because someone said years ago it wouldn't work here. A leader won't pursue a stretch opportunity because early feedback, long forgotten in its details, still shapes what feels possible today.

The fix is rarely a new strategy. It's often one honest conversation where someone finally names the belief out loud and asks whether it's even still true. That single conversation can move an entire team faster than a quarter of planning meetings.

If there's a belief quietly running your organization that's never been said out loud, that conversation is worth having. Let's chat, reply to this email or learn more about my leadership advisory firm HERE.
