Here's the process that changed everything for me.

I uploaded the behind the scenes for week one of my 90 Days to DONE journey, and it's not what I expected. It's better, and harder, all at the same time. Even as someone who has a continued goal setting process, each 90 day sprint, I find that I have to sell myself again and again at the new level, and that's the truth for all of us.

No matter where we are in our life, the work will always be to grow our self concept. To challenge and amplify what we believe is possible for US. Despite the wins we already have, there's always room to go even BIGGER.

This week has been a mix of resistance, breakthroughs, and lots of crying as I grieve this past version of who I've been.

ask yourself this to break through: BTS of my process

The thing about this goal process? It's not just about hitting goals. It's about rewiring the brain's default responses and showing UP even when it's uncomfortable, and that's what I'm sharing along the BTS, because that's what we need more of.

I received a voice note this morning via DM and it made me think a lot about what looking behind the scenes into someone's life really means. We often see the highlight reel, but the reality? There's so much more happening beneath the surface. And we need to see THAT. More vulnerability, fails, and insight into how to pick yourself back up and continue picking YOU when things seem to just fall apart around you.

It's a process, and that's the real magic: letting yourself win even when you feel sad, angry, or unsure. Believing in yourself even on the hardest days. It only gets better from here, and I'm learning there's an art to allowing it.

Some of what I shared in the BTS: the power of self-selling, coaching yourself to take action every day, especially when the resistance is strongest. And real, raw moments of grief and letting go of an old version of myself so I can step into something bigger.

And that's the thing I want you to know: it's those tiny moments of believing in yourself that lead to the biggest transformations. It's about making the choice to keep going, even when it's uncomfortable.

So, if you're feeling stuck or negotiating with your goals and not sure if you can handle the hard stuff, let me tell you this: you absolutely can.

Here's that question to ask yourself: what would THAT version of me do? From that point of view you release focus of what IS to what will BE. You allow your brain to look past the problem and focus on a solution that already exists. It's what I have been doing for years, since I lived in that small garage apartment, and I still do it today.

It's all possible.

If you believe it is.

I do.
