Relentless

Relentless: constant, determined to do something and refusing to give up

Hi there,

Whatever it is that you want, know that your brain wants a distraction even more.

When you go to do something new, it will focus on your fears and have them up front and center.

It thinks its keeping you safe this way.

It's easy to think that you just aren't good enough.

That you should put that "thing" back on the "some-day, one-day list"...

That you "gave it your best shot and it just wasn't meant to be..."

But that's a lie.

Wanting something isn't enough.

You have to commit to it and become relentless on the way there.

You have to know ahead of time that you will face defeat, and choose how to handle that along the way.

You have to expect your brain to negotiate with you throughout the process and expect not to cave in this time.

Above all you have to expect yourself to guarantee your results.

This is my specialty. I help you bring all of that to the surface and then we do the work to close the gaps on what you actually want.

Your past doesn't matter. Your future doesn't give a shit about what went wrong before or how many times you failed. Your future is 100% created by the thoughts you are having right now.

Are you having the right ones that will lead you to what you want?

Now, that's something to think about.

Here's a journal prompt for you: What area am I relentless in my life? Where can transfer that towards what I really, really want?
