Two concepts for you today: The Wave & The Contract, so stay with me.
I was working with my Somatic Mindset Coach, Brian last week and I told him I want to work on keeping this energetic high that I have been on since I went to film the promos for my book.
He reeled me into the concept of "The Wave." Think about the squirrels and trees. They are fully taken care of. They don't worry about not having enough sign light, food, or doubt that they are good enough. They just "are" and always taken care of.
They are on "The Wave."
At any moment you can just decide to get on the wave.
Being on the wave is being in sync with trust in God and The Universe.
I'm a believer and I always believe that God is taking care of me and sending his Army to protect and sometimes pick me back up. So this concept of the wave really hits home for me.
Here's how you know you are on the wave- you just decide you are. I actually visualize me riding on a surf board (even though I don't know how) and just feeling safe being on it. Knowing that with every wave I won't fall off because I am "on it."
When you are on it, you will move into actions quicker. You will take action that you would normally sit and question and maybe not even execute on. But when you are on the wave, you just do it.
There's no self doubt on the wave. and you can always decide to get back on it at any moment.
Now that I'm aware of the wave, I have been on it 24/7. Something magical has just clicked IN me and I just trust and believe even deeper than I ever have.
The wave has already propelled me into a new stratosphere where there's no sense of time for things to happen, they just DO and ARE happening all around. I want you to experience this too.
Jump on The WAVE- feel the freeness of it. And go take action on something you've always wanted and see the difference.
Okay now to The Contract. which is even more PROFOUND.
What if you were hired by God and The Universe?
And you could write up your roles and responsibilities and your compensation plan and just like that watch it unfold?
You can. Here's the exercise:
Write out a contract that states the impact you want to have in the world (your role and responsibilities). Write out what you want to earn yearly and then sign and date the paper.
Seriously, do this.. Don't SKIP IT. Don't just think about it in your head, but actually write it out. The work will move you in such a compelling way because if you really believe that you have been hired by God and The Universe,
How would you show up differently tomorrow to assume your duties? To execute on what is in "the contract."
And how would you not be able to GUARANTEE your own results if you believe that you have been hired and you are always on the wave, being taken care of and HELPED to make all of your efforts a success?
Think about it. How much less would the voice of self doubt come up?
I'd like to think A LOT LESS DOUBT AND A LOT MORE EXECUTION.
